| Introduction | 3-chloro-6-hydrazinidazine is an organic intermediate that can be obtained by reacting 3, 6-dichloropyrazine with hydrazine hydrate. |
| preparation | 3, 6-dichloropyridazine (5.96g,40mmol), hydrazine hydrate (1.80g,36mmol) and acetonitrile 20ml(15.72g) were added to a 100mL single-mouth round bottom flask. The mixture in the reaction flask was stirred for 12 hours at 60°C. TLC and GC determined that the reaction was complete. After the reaction, the solvent was removed by spin evaporation to obtain the crude product, and the pure product 3-chloro-6-hydrazine was separated by silica gel column chromatography. After drying, the yield was 67.49%, the purity was 98.51%(HPLC), and the melting point was 137 ℃-141 ℃. |
